SOARi (Shaping Outstanding and Accountable Rising Leaders Initiative) is a youth-focused initiative committed to empowering young people to thrive personally and professionally, develop relevant skills, and lead meaningful transformation in their communities and beyond.
We believe that when young people are equipped with clarity, capacity, and support, they become powerful agents of change — not just for themselves, but for society.
As a SOARi volunteer, you don’t just support programs. You help build systems that enable young people to thrive.
Across Africa and beyond, many young people are full of potential but face real challenges — lack of direction, limited access to opportunity, skills gaps, and unclear pathways for growth and leadership.
To empower young people to thrive personally and professionally by equipping them with purpose, skills, leadership capacity, and access to opportunities — enabling them to lead transformation in their lives, communities, and the world.
